About Jennifer
Jennifer Neeley is Principal of Jennifer Neeley Global Social Media Management Consulting Services Group, a leading firm that combines the best of Web Strategy, Social Media tools and Management Consulting.
Jennifer and the group head up digital media efforts for clients big, small and everything in-between. They specialize is high-profile assignments based in any number of countries around the globe.
The approach is uniquely Silicon Valley; always results-driven and therefore has winning results in the for-profit (business to business and business to consumer), nonprofit, government and NGO sectors. We work to make sense out of out how to make the social web work for any organization – strategically and tactically.
Jennifer was asked to consult for the government of Iraq in a process that could have Iraqi’s learning about how to vote from Facebook in the not-to-distant future.
She also works closely with world-renowned micro-surgeon, Dr. Paul Turek, who was recently awarded a prestigious National Institues of Health (NIH) research grant to build the world’s first human artificial testicle, giving hope to countless potential families.
Jennifer’s many other specialties include creating and rolling out global social media programs, competitive analysis and insight, social monitoring and listening, behavioral triggering, and building programs that scale, just to name a few.
Jennifer has completed documentation on implementing social media strategies within organizations, including creating a book for a Fortune 50 technology company. She is currently working on her first book on generational marketing.
Jennifer holds education close to her heart. She is a professor at San Francisco State University, where she teaches “Social Media in the Real World” and helped Carmen Schiedel to launch mediabistro’s Social Media Marketing Boot Camps. Jennifer was a long-time board member and continues to support the work of Social Media Club, often moderating their local events.
Jennifer divides time between the California and England.
